  • Proof of Damage: To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a video that clearly shows the opening of the product’s packaging and the damaged condition of the item upon unboxing.
  • Verification: Once we receive the video proof, our team will verify the damage. If the damage is confirmed, we will process a replacement for the damaged item.
  • Conditions for Replacements: If the product is not shown to be damaged upon opening, or if the video is not provided, we will not process a replacement.

Please note that the replacement process will only be initiated after the damage is confirmed by our team. We do not cover any damage or defects caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
