Eligibility for Replacement
- You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is damaged.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging at the time of reporting.
Proof of Damage
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video that shows the package being opened and the damaged product inside.
- The video should start before opening the package to verify the condition upon arrival.
Verification Process
- Once we receive your video proof, our team will review and verify the damage.
- If the damage is confirmed, we will process a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the product is found to be intact in the video or if no video proof is provided, we will not process a replacement.
Exceptions
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
- If the claim is made after 7 days of delivery, it will not be accepted.
