At Mikasa Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. While we do not offer returns, we do provide replacements for damaged products under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Replacement

  • You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is damaged.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging at the time of reporting.

Proof of Damage

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide:

  • clear unboxing video that shows the package being opened and the damaged product inside.
  • The video should start before opening the package to verify the condition upon arrival.

Verification Process

  • Once we receive your video proof, our team will review and verify the damage.
  • If the damage is confirmed, we will process a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If the product is found to be intact in the video or if no video proof is provided, we will not process a replacement.

Exceptions

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
  • If the claim is made after 7 days of delivery, it will not be accepted.
